Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  3. Sale items, custom orders, or final clearance items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through our Returns Portal on our website.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label.

Refund for Returns

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are applicable for returned items meeting our Return Policy criteria.
  2. Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the original shipping cost.
