Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items, custom orders, or final clearance items are non-refundable.

- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.
- Ship the item back using the provided label.
Refund for Returns
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable for returned items meeting our Return Policy criteria.
- Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the original shipping cost.
