Refunds & Returns
All merchandise sold on our website are subjected to possible restocking fees – usually 20% to 30%, dependent on the supplier.
Wheels and tires that have already been mounted will be non-refundable and non-returnable, even if the fitment is wrong.
While we will do our best to ensure proper fitment based on your input, it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm

Suspension and accessory products being returned that are not warranty-related can not have been installed or

Once the warranty form is submitted, we will review it and then reach out to you via the method you select to arrange
a date and time so that you may bring your vehicle to us for inspection. We are required to investigate all claims, which
entails physically examining the vehicle and any item(s) needing to be replaced before the next step. Once we've inspected
the vehicle and have a clear understanding of the problem, we can move forward with contacting the supplier or manufacturer
of any item(s) in question, provide them with the details of this warranty, and follow their instructions to complete the
warranty process. Please be aware that all warranty transactions must be approved by the supplier or manufacturer, and we will
not always be able to replace anything the first day you return your vehicle to us. This may include providing pictures or sending
the warranty part(s) back to the supplier or manufacturer for inspection and approval, which will incur a lead time.
Note: Providing an invoice number will help expedite the warranty process. In the event we need more information to
